The system doesn't recognize my email address even though I have registered?

To login you have to use the exact email address you used when registering.  When you registered you would have received an email receipt to the email address you registered with.  This is your login email.  If you didn't receive the receipt, you most likely have a typo in the email address you used.  If this is the case, let us know when you registered and what email addresses you might have used.  We will search our database and find the email address you actually used and then once you have that, login and update your profile immediately to ensure you do not have further issues.
